Yin Yoga is a very nurturing form of Yoga.
As a Yoga and Pilates teacher I can honestly say that this is by far my favourite practice.
There are many forms of Yoga and Yin is often thought of as Restorative Yoga. It is not the same.
The Asanas (Postures) of Yin are held for longer and it can be a challenging practice - for body and mind; however with modified postures, cushions and blankets Yin is suitable for most people.
The combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yoga works well together.

The class will be the last Wednesday of the month 7 - 8pm
A small part of the class will include relaxation/guided imagery.
