We are starting a new block of 6 weeks tomorrow.
What are your exercise goals?
Are you looking for specific changes?
Many people come to class for maintenance - to keep the joints oiled and that is a great reason to come to class. Do you have other goals that you want to reach by the end of the block. Let me know if there is anything specific that you would like to focus on.
We will be including some weighted balls for bone density, bands to add resistance and soft balls and magic circles to add challenge.
I have noticed some good improvements in balance and technique over the previous few weeks - so lets carry on building on all that hard work!
