As the autumn season approaches, it's time to shake things up and bring some changes to our class schedule. A revamped class structure that will come into effect this autumn term! Here are the details:
Consolidated Schedule
The classes will now be condensed into Tuesday mornings and Thursdays evenings only.
Tuesday Classes
On Tuesdays, the morning class time will remain unchanged, starting at 10 am. This session will continue to be available on a pay-as-you-go basis, allowing flexibility for those with busy schedules or fluctuating commitments.
You will also have the option to block book to ensure that you can attend all classes if you prefer!
Tuesday class will be a blended Pilates/Yoga Class.
Thursday Offerings
Thursday evenings will be dedicated to sessions tailored to different preferences:
Men on Mats (7-7.45pm): Our popular Men on Mats class will continue, offering a focused workout for male participants. Join us for a session that helps to boost strength and flexibility.
Ladies Class (8-9pm): Following the Men on Mats session, our Thursday line-up includes an exclusive class for ladies. This hour includes relaxation.
Quick Class (6-6:45pm): Additionally, we are considering introducing a quick mixed class. Please note that this class will exclude the relaxation segment.

I acknowledge that situations in life can change and new priorities may come up. In particular during the summer, when we all prefer to enjoy spending time outside!
