Well it's a week off for me ... no work next week, so perhaps it's time to do some CPD (Continuous Professional Development). I am currently trawling through a few online trainings with a view to update my knowledge.
CPD doesn't have to be a course, it can be reading a book on anything to do with exercise/Health and Wellbeing. I am currently reading 'Understanding the Human Foot' so that would tick the box.
I will also have extra time to plan new lessons and work out dates for some 'pop up Saturday classes' And to start up my Yoga practice again which has been ignored for a few weeks now.
