If you have discovered the great joys of walking during Lockdown - your feet might thank you for a bit of special attention. Or you could give your partner a treat - a special Valentines foot treatment. You could do any one of these or all three as a mini treatment.
Find a Tennis ball/Spikey ball or something similar - that you can massage the bottom of your feet with. Standing or sitting roll the bottom or your foot over the ball backwards and forwards. Use as much pressure as is comfortable for you.
Now fill up a bowl with warm water and add a small cup of Epsom salts. Pop your feet in to soak for 5 - 10 minutes and then dry them well.
Reflexology - I know - we are still in Lockdown BUT self massage can leave your feet feeling relaxed and refreshed especially if you use a lovely minty foot balm.
